EDI Outages on 11 and 12 June 2005

The following message is from the Electronic Commerce Unit at the CBSA.

EDI Mailbox Outage:

Please be advised that due to scheduled maintenance, the mailboxes between ACROSS and CCS/CADEX will be down on Saturday, June 11, 2005 from 5:00 am to 5:30 am (EDT).

General EDI Outage:

For maintenance purposes, the Canada Border Services Agency's (CBSA) EDI system will be unavailable from 3:00 am until 7:00 am (EDT) on Sunday June 12 2005. This will impact all EDI applications including: ER, RNS, CUSDEC, CADEX, Marine, Rail and Highway Cargo. No EDI messages will be transferred to or from the CBSA during this outage. Clients are requested to present paper documentation to obtain release of the goods during this outage.
