D17-1-4-INTERIM Release of Commercial Goods
Memorandum D17-1-4-INTERIM is now available on the CBSA web site, at:

The information in this interim Memo will be incorporated into the next version of D17-1-4, Release of Commercial Goods. All references to the CCRA have been updated to reflect the CBSA, and changes have been made to release prior to payment and time frames for the release of goods.
