CN RV System Outage

Please note that CN is scheduling a systems outage to upgrade critical applications between 22:00 Thursday 27 October and 01:00 Friday 28 October.

During this period there will be no access to the on-line RV system. Also please note there will be an upgrade to CN's operating system scheduled between 03:30 EDT (02:30 EST) and 06:00 EST on Sunday 30 October.

During this outage CN will be unable to process customers at its terminals. Customers planning to work during this period should schedule their activities to avoid the terminal during the scheduled outage.
