D15-1-91 Whole Potatoes Originating in or exported from the USA
This Memorandum refers to the application of anti-dumping duty to importations of whole potatoes originating in or exported from the USA for use or consumption in the province of British Columbia.
The Memorandum is divided into seven sections under “Guidelines and General Information”. A description of the goods is provided. The milestone dates of the investigations are provided, along with the applicable classification number. Information regarding normal values of subject goods and the amount of anti-dumping duty is provided. Additional information concerning interest owing is provided in Customs Notice CN450.
