Preliminary Injury Inquiry No. PI-2005-001, Grain Corn

IN THE MATTER OF a preliminary injury inquiry under subsection 34(2) of the Special Import Measures Act respecting the alleged injurious dumping and subsidizing of grain corn in all forms, excluding seed corn (for reproductive purposes), sweet corn and popping corn, originating in or exported from the United States of America;

AND IN THE MATTER OF a notice of motion filed on October 14, 2005, under subsection 24(1) of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Rules, by the Ontario Corn Producers' Association, the Federation of Quebec Producers of Cash Crops and the Manitoba Corn Growers' Association, acting as Canadian Corn Producers, for an order disqualifying Mr. Peter Clark and his firm, Grey, Clark, Shih and Associates Limited, from acting as counsel of record for any respondent party in these proceedings.

ORDER

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal hereby dismisses the motion.
