PC 2006-369, Order Amending the Schedule to the Customs Tariff (Extension of General Preferential Tariff to the Sultanate of Oman)

Amendment

1. The reference to “Sultanate of Oman” in the List of Countries and Applicable Tariff Treatments set out in the schedule to the Customs Tariff is replaced with a reference to “Sultanate of Oman|”.

2. This Order comes into for on the day on which it is registered.

The Order extends the benefits of the General Preferential Tariff to the Sultanate of Oman; this measure will assist the Sultanate of Oman in expanding its export earnings.
