The Department of Finance is seeking members’ views on a request the Department has received for tariff relief on certain plastic dunnage bags. The propose to amend duty-free tariff item No. 3926.90.10 to include the following:

 

3926.90.10             - - - Dunnage bags used to secure items for transport

 

This product is currently classified under tariff item No. 3926.90.90 and is dutiable at 6.5% under the Most-Favoured-Nation (MFN) tariff.
