In our ongoing efforts to improve service, Canadian Pacific Railway be upgrading its telephone system in the Minneapolis Customer Service center commencing at 10 p.m. on Friday December 1st lasting until approximately 6 a.m. Saturday the 2nd.  During this time the U.S. toll-free phone number, 1-888 872-8720,will continue to be available.

 

What you can expect during the upgrade:

·         Access to Transportation Service Representatives using a Personal Identification Number (PIN) will be temporarily suspended

·         All calls will be routed to a temporary phone menu

·         Making a selection from the phone menu will connect you to a Transportation Service Representative

 

Please note that this only applies to calls made to the U.S. Customer Service centre in Minneapolis - calls made to the Canadian Customer Service centre in Winnipeg will not be impacted.
