PC 2006-1462, Order Amending the Schedule to the Customs Tariff, 2006-4 (Textiles and Apparel)
The List of Tariff Provisions set out in the schedule to the Customs Tariff is amended by repealing the tariff provisions set out in Part 1 of the schedule to this Order.
The List of Tariff Provisions set out in the schedule to the Act is amended as set out in part 2 of the schedule to this Order.
The List of Tariff Provisions set out in the schedule to the Act is amended by adding, in numerical order, the tariff provisions set out in Part 3 of the schedule to this Order.
Tariff item Nos. 5112.19.91, 5112.19.92, 5203.33.10, 5205.33.90, 5205.34.20, 5205.34.90, 5206.24.90, 5515.13.90, 5516.23.20, 5516.23.30, 5516.23.90, 5516.93.20, 5601.2.30 and 5603.92.90 in the List of Intermediate and Final Rates for Tariff Items of the “F” Staging Category set out in the schedule to the Act are repealed.
The List of Intermediate and Final Rates for Tariff Items of the “F” Staging Category set out in the schedule to the Act is amended as set out in Part 4 of the schedule to this Order.
The List of Intermediate and Final Rates for Tariff Items of the “F” Staging Category set out in the schedule to the Act is amended by adding, in numerical order, the tariff items set out in Part 5 of the schedule to this Order.
This Order is deemed to have come into force on 1 January 2005.
