EDI Outage for clients transmitting over the Customs Internet Gateway (CIG)
The following is a message to all Electronic Commerce clients from the Canada Border Services Agency.
For maintenance purposes, the CIG will be unavailable from 5:00 am until 6:00 am (ET) on Sunday March 4th, 2007. Clients are requested to present paper documentation to obtain release of the goods during this outage.
Please ensure your weekend team is aware of these outages. We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation.
