Connectivity Unavailable
EICB reports they are experiencing delays with connectivity to the EICS (Web, and EDI login). The issue rests with the PKI Directory Service, which is unavailable. As the source of the problem appears to lie outside the ITCan Network, they are unable advise further at the moment.
Please do NOT re-send any EDI traffic. Transactions will be processed as it comes in.
Please do not try further logins, as this will probably disable your Certificate. Please advise EICB if your Certificate does become disabled or deactivated ([email protected]).
