Update to CFIA AIRS website

Chapter 05 was published to change the requirement ID for the following HS codes: This applies to the United Kingdom only.

05.11.99.1295.02 Animal embryos - micromanipulated - Bison/Buffalo
05.11.99.1295.03 Animal embryos - micromanipulated - Bovine (cattle) - dairy
05.11.99.1295.04 Animal embryos - micromanipulated - Bovine (cattle) - beef

In consequences, this new requirement changes the version of the following HS codes:

05.11.99.1294.02 Animal embryos - intact - Bison/Buffalo
05.11.99.1294.03 Animal embryos - intact - Bovine (cattle) - dairy
05.11.99.1294.04 Animal embryos - intact - Bovine (cattle) - beef
