CBSA Message (TCC17-107) - REVISED - Delays in Processing All EDI and Portal Messages

Clients Affected: All clients and service providers who transmit trade data using EDI and Portal. 

Please note that CBSA is receiving and processing EDI and Portal inbound data. However, there is a delay in sending outbound messages such as acknowledgements, reject messages and notices E.g. RNS, Completeness Notices through EDI and Portal.

CBSA Message (TCC17-099) – Change in transmission time of the CADEX exchange rate report

Clients Affected: All importers and brokers who submit their B3s and AO notification of release queries using the CCS/CADEX system

Please be advised that due to the recent change in publication times of the Exchange Rates of the Bank of Canada, the CBSA will send the CADEX exchange rate report at 19:00 instead of 18:00 starting on May 08, 2017. The change of distribution is necessary to ensure the quality and accuracy of the exchange rate bulletin.
