The Accounts Receivables Ledger (ARL) is to be implemented in January of 2016. ARL will introduce:

• A new online banking option
• The application of payments to client account balances, instead of against transactions
• The introduction of credits, which will serve to offset debits and reduce the number of refund cheques.

The ARL project team will be on the line from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm (EST) on December 4th, to answer questions about payments with ARL.

Instructions:

In order to ask a question about payments, account level account-management, or the application of credits with ARL, please dial in using the teleconference number included below. The team will be on the line; to alert them you have joined and have a question, say your name and company name, and the team will then recognize you, and ask for your question.  If you find your microphone is muted, you can use *7 on your keypad to unmute.
