PIP Portal - CBSA Looking for Feedback

May 31, 2017

We understand that there are many challenges with usability of the PIP (Partners in Protection) portal. While CBSA is aware of some of those challenges, they are looking for specific feedback.

If you'd like to share some of the challenges you or your clients have experienced with the portal, please provide details to Magda Jaros at [email protected] by June 7th. CBSA will be advised of these challenges through the BCCC Trusted Trader Sub-committee.
