Update: Email Process at Port 395

The following message is from CBSA at port 395. The time frame in processing emails has changed from 24 to 48 hours.

CBSA is now experiencing a delay of approximately 48hrs in processing emails relating to the RNS technical difficulties. We are working very hard to maintain this level during this situation.

Please refrain from calling 514-350-6142 unless it is absolutely urgent, as the person answering the phone is also responding to the emails. Unnecessary calls are contributing to the delay in responding to email requests.
