Special Services
Because we offer special services, such as:
- Surety Services: In conjunction with NFP Canada, the Society offers its members the opportunity to be part of the Release Prior to Payment Master Bond, as well as Licence Bonds. NFP Canada also offers other risk management tools including a QuickWrite program for importer bonds.
- General Agency Agreements and Standard Trading Conditions: The General Agency Agreement contains the minimum information recommended by the Society that members should include in their agency agreements with clients. This form also includes the standard trading conditions. These conditions have been approved by the Society, and outline members' ethical and professional responsibilities to their clients, and vice versa.
