2024-05-30	Starting Monday, October 21, 2024, at 3 am ET, CARM will officially become the system of record.
2024-04-22	CARM R2 delayed for TCP: CBSA is phasing in CARM by launching internally for CBSA use as planned in May and in October for trade chain partners. CBSA News release
2024-04-22	The minimum security requirement for RPP for CARM R2 will be $5000.00 per RM account.
2024-04-22	An importer with no accounts receivables within the past 12 months will not be required to post financial security. However, the importer must ensure they have sufficient coverage if receivables are expected in any given month.
2023-10-24	There are currently 77,000 registered importers in the CARM Client Portal and of those registered importers 81% of them have delegated authority to at least one service provider.
