We are excited to host a two-part members-only webinar series focused on CARM payments and various financial matters. These webinars are scheduled for January 29th and February 5th, offering valuable insights and updates for participants.

Part 1: Payments and Payment Processing

On January 29th, representatives from the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) will present the latest information on payments and payment processing. This session will provide attendees with crucial updates and will be followed by a Question & Answer period, allowing members to engage directly with CBSA experts.

Part 2: Comprehensive Financial Matters

The second webinar, taking place on February 5th, will feature CSCB’s own Melanie Bedard. Melanie will address a wide range of financial topics, including Statements of Account (SOA), Customs Broker Security System (CBSS), Daily Notices (DN), billing cycles, and financial security. This session is designed to answer all your pressing questions.
