Daniel Kiselbach, Partner, Miller Thomson LLP
Presenter ImageDan has approx. 30 years of experience as legal counsel on cross-border trade, customs, and tax matters. His clients include domestic and global corporations (especially US-based multinationals importing into Canada). Dan helps them manage tariff and non-tariff barriers, trade compliance, trade disputes, and trade remedies matters. He has substantial tax controversy and litigation experience. He has appeared at all Canadian court levels, including the Tax Court of Canada and the Canadian International Trade Tribunal.
