We'd like to invite you to an ARL webinar during which we'll focus on various Statement of Account payment situations and their implications for customs brokers. We will consider scenarios with importers who have signed GST letters or hold their own bonds as well as those who are totally reliant on the use of customs broker bonds.
We will also talk about circumstances where importers fail to remit to their broker, in advance of June 30th, SOA amounts due on that date. CBSA Director of Revenue Accounting and Reporting, Marc Seguin will explain how CBSA will process the June 30th payments and respond to diverse short and non-payment scenarios.
