2018 CCS Examination Results

Congratulations to the students who successfully completed the CCS (Certified Customs Specialist) course in 2018 and are now entitled to use the CCS designation.

The passing grade for the CCS course is 65%, based on the results of the final examination and the results of four tests taken throughout the year.

The average grade in the 2017-18 CCS course was 67%, and the mark that occurred the most was 76%. The highest grade was 97%, with 1 student achieving this mark.

The following students received the highest marks – well done!

Ms. Yuko Miki, of Evoco Ltd., Toronto, Ontario had the highest mark of 97%.
Mr. Jon Santha, of Academy Customs & Traffic Inc., Mississauga, Ontario had the second highest mark of 93%.
The following students shared the third highest mark of 92%:
Mr. Derrick Stroebel, of Rome Customs & Trade Inc., Kitchener, Ontario; and
Ms. Susana Lee, of Cassidy Levy Kent (Canada) LLP, Ottawa, Ontario.

Each CCS designate is committed to excellence through professional development and life-long learning.
