2021-04-30: Statement of Reasons-initiation of investigation small power transformers

Pursuant to subsection 31(1) of the Special Import Measures Act, the Canada Border Services Agency initiated an investigation on April 15, 2021, respecting the alleged injurious dumping of certain small power transformers originating in or exported from Austria, Chinese Taipei, and South Korea.

Le 15 avril 2021, conformément au paragraphe 31(1) de la Loi sur les mesures spéciales d’importation, l’Agence des services frontaliers du Canada a ouvert une enquête sur le présumé dumping dommageable de certains petits transformateurs de puissance originaires ou exportés de l’Autriche, du Taipei chinois et de la Corée du Sud.
