Accounting date / Cheque information on the May SOA / Date de comptabilisation / Information sur les chèques sur le RC de mai

TARGET AUDIENCE: All importers, brokers, service providers, and internal services.

Transactions on the DN issued 2021-05-25 will have summary line item for the accounting date of 2021-05-24 on the May SOA. These relate to B3 declarations submitted to CBSA on May 21, 2021.

The SOA will show the status as “Disbursed” without the corresponding cheque numbers or date. This has not affected the balance owing on the SOA.

Date de comptabilisation / Information sur les chèques sur le RC de mai

PUBLIC CIBLE : Tous les importateurs, courtiers, fournisseurs de services, et services internes.

Les transactions sur l’AQ émis le 2021-05-25 auront une ligne de résumé pour la date comptable du 2021-05-24 sur le RC de mai.

Elles concernent les déclarations B3 soumises à l'ASFC le 21 mai 2021.

Le RC affichera le statut "Décaissé" sans les numéros de chèque ou la date correspondants. Cela n'a pas affecté le solde dû sur la RC.
