Please be advised that the guidance Food business activities that require a licence under the Safe Food for Canadians Regulations has been updated to include the "thawing" activity in section 4.1, the licence requirements for holding live fish in water in section 5.12, and the licence requirements for storing and handling an edible meat product in its imported condition in section 5.21.

Ceci est pour vous aviser que les lignes directrices Activités des entreprises alimentaires qui requièrent une licence au titre du Règlement sur la salubrité des aliments au Canada ont étés mises à jours pour inclure l'activité « décongeler » sous la section 4.1, les exigences en matière de licence pour l'entreposage du poisson vivant dans l'eau sous la section 5.12, ainsi que les exigences en matière de licence pour l'entreposage et la manipulation d'un produit de viande comestible dans son état d'importation sous la section 5.21.
