Amended certificates for the export of fish and seafood to the United Kingdom

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has published updated versions of health certificates for the export of fish and seafood to the United Kingdom:

  • Official certificate for the placing on the market of fishery products GBHC080X (CFIA/ACIA 5943) (24/02/2023)
  • Health certificate for live bivalve molluscs, echinoderms, tunicates and marine gastropods GBHC053X (CFIA/ACIA 5944) (24/02/2023)

The new export certificates for fish and seafood for human consumption will take effect immediately.

The current certificate versions will be accepted for any shipments certified prior to March 1st, 2023.

Certificats modifiés pour l’exportation de poissons et fruits de mer vers le Royaume-Uni

L’Agence canadienne d’inspection des aliments (ACIA) a publié des versions mises à jour des certificats sanitaires pour l’exportation de poisson et de fruits de mer vers le Royaume-Uni :

  • Certificat officiel en vue de la mise sur le marché de produits de la pêche GBHC080X (CFIA/ACIA 5943) (24/02/2023)
  • Certificats sanitaires pour mollusques bivalves, échinodermes, tuniciers et gastéropodes marins vivants GBHC053X (CFIA/ACIA 5943) (24/02/2023)

Les nouveaux certificats d’exportation destinés à la consommation humaine prennent effet immédiatement.

Les versions actuelles du certificat seront acceptées pour toute expédition certifiée avant le 1er mars 2023.
