AMPs Regulation amendments

Have your say!  On October 21, 2017 The Canadian Food and Inspection Agency launched a 60-day public consultation on proposed amendments to the Agriculture and Agri-Food Administrative Monetary Penalties Regulations. The proposed amendments would allow Administrative Monetary Penalties to be issued to all food businesses who do not comply with certain provisions of the Safe Food for Canadians Act and the proposed Safe Food for Canadians Regulations.

After four engaging public webinars, the CFIA has added new questions and answers to the website which, along with other online resources, you may find helpful when submitting your comments.
