Apparel for Export to the European Union

Pursuant to the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) growth provisions for origin quotas under Annex 5-A – Origin quotas and alternatives to the product-specific rules of origin in Annex 5, the quantities for apparel exports to the EU under HS codes 62.01 and 62.02 have increased, effective January 1, 2021.  The new quota amounts are 104,902 units for 62.01 and 108,180 units for 62.02.
