As soon as we have any additional information about the delay and re-issuance of this particularly critical SOA and any implications for payment, we will provide it to members.

Statement of Account for formats EDIFACT and CADEX were not sent

The Statement of Account (SOA) for formats EDIFACT and CADEX were not sent on March 25, 2020.

We are aware of the problem and are working on a solution. As soon as the issue has been resolved, the SOA will be resent.
