Prescott port of entry is experiencing a service disruption

At this time the Prescott port of entry is experiencing a service disruption and border users may encounter delays. Until further notice, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) encourages you to consider the following alternate ports of entry to cross the border:

Lansdowne (Thousand Island Bridge)

The CBSA is committed to ensuring the free flow of trade and travel which is critical to Canada’s economy and to this community. We recognize border disruptions affect the individuals and industry that fuel Canada's economy and we are working to restore normal border operations at Prescott as quickly as possible.
