Issue: Whether the goods in issue are properly classified under tariff item No. 8905.90.90 as other vessels the navigability of which is subsidiary to their main function, as determined by the President of the Canada Border Services Agency, or should be classified under tariff item No. 8479.89.90 as other machines and mechanical appliances having individual functions, not specified or included elsewhere in Chapter 84, or, in the alternative, under tariff item No. 8525.80.00 as television cameras, digital cameras and video camera recorders, as claimed by Oceaneering Canada Limited.
