With Canada-US perimeter plan, a focus on security

Poised inside Ottawa’s main airport, Canadian and American officials grinned at the camera as they gathered in front of Harper government promotional signs, the Maple Leaf, and Old Glory.

Posing for a photo on Oct. 4, Minister of State for Transport Steven Fletcher and United States Transportation Security Administration Administrator John S. Pistole were announcing another security milestone in the Canada-US perimeter plan.
