Carbon and Alloy Steel Line Pipe, Notice of Initiation of Normal Value Review

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has today initiated a normal value review to update the normal values and export prices of certain carbon and alloy steel line pipe (line pipe) exported from South Korea to Canada by Husteel Co., Ltd. (Husteel).

The normal value review is part of the CBSA’s enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal’s (CITT) finding of a threat of injury issued on January 4, 2018, respecting the dumping of line pipe from South Korea, in accordance with the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA).
