CARM Client Portal: De-activation of Inactive User Profiles

The CARM system is currently programmed to automatically de-activate CCP user profiles which remain inactive for a period of 180 consecutive days.

In order to avoid de-activation, please be sure to log in to your user profile periodically to maintain your active status.

If your personal user profile has been de-activated, please contact the CARM Helpdesk to have it re-activated.

The CBSA is working on a solution to fix this issue. Please note that it is only personal user access which is affected by this issue; business account registration is not affected.  If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact [email protected]
