Cartwright border crossing reopened

The Cartwright port of entry will reopen today, nearly three months after the border crossing was closed in August because asbestos was found inside the Canadian facility.

A statement from the Canada Border Services Agency said regular hours will resume from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., seven days a week.

The port of entry is located on Manitoba Highway 5 and North Dakota Highway 4.
