We have received an influx of client contacts relating to issues to reading Statement of Accounts (SOAs) being provided by service providers. If your SOA is not reconciling with your Daily Notices, or if you cannot see the following lines (A through I or J, depending on if you are a Broker or an Importer) on your SOA, please contact your service provider as a first point of contact.
