CBSA Message (ARL19-0418) – Temporary Outage

The temporary outage may affect the time that it takes the CBSA to respond to the CARM mailbox inquiries and although unlikely there could be a delay in the issuance of the daily notices. 

Notice received: Wednesday 2019-04-17 3:31 PM EDT

CLIENTS AFFECTED: All importers, brokers and services providers who receive accounting statements via electronic data interchange (EDI).

The CBSA is currently experiencing technical difficulties with our systems.

It may take us longer than the standard 10 business days to respond to your request.
