All importers, brokers and services providers who receive accounting statements via electronic data interchange (EDI). / Tous les importateurs, courtiers et fournisseurs de services qui utilisent l’EDI pour transmettre leurs données

CBSA Accounts Receivable Ledger (ARL) RE: Importers requesting instant refunds

Some importers and brokers may not have received the statement of accounts yet. We are working on the issue and the remaining Statements of Accounts will be sent out by 10:00 a.m.

If you have not received your Statement of Account by 10:00 am,  please contact the CARM mailbox at the following link: [email protected].

Certains importateurs et courtiers n'ont peut-être pas encore reçu l'état des comptes. Nous travaillons actuellement sur le problème et les autres états de compte seront envoyés d'ici 10 h 00.
