The following is a CBSA Message (EDI13-048) - (Amendment to 2nd paragraph)

The following is a message to all Electronic Commerce clients.

The Electronic Commerce Unit of the Canada Border Services Agency will be closed on the statutory holiday of Monday, July 1, 2013. For client service outside business hours and statutory holiday, please contact the ECU hotline at 1-888-957-7224 option 1 and your enquiry will be answered by an ECU officer. Also, please refer to the following CBSA website link that offers guidelines for clients using the Electronic Commerce Unit’s after-hours/weekend/holiday pager service: http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/eservices/outside-exterieur-eng.html.

B3 entries processed and accepted July 1, 2013 will appear on the daily K84 notice generated at the end of the day on Tuesday, July 2, 2013. The exchange rates from Friday, June 28, 2013 to Tuesday, July 2, 2013 (inclusive) will remain unchanged. Monday, July 1, 2013 will not be counted in the calculation of overdue B3 entries.
