CBSA Message: Civic Holiday

The following message is from CBSA (EDI13-054).

The Electronic Commerce Unit of the Canada Border Services Agency will be closed on the Civic Holiday of Monday, August 5, 2013. Please note that we will continue to offer 24/7 support to those clients requiring technical help and immediate assistance. If you require such assistance please call the ECU hotline at 1-888-957-7224 option 1 and your enquiry will be answered by an ECU officer.

Systems operations and accounting procedures for the Civic Holiday Monday, August 5, 2013 will be as follows: CADEX reports will run the evenings of Friday, August 2, 2013 and Monday, August 5, 2013. The exchange rates from Saturday, August 3, 2013 through Tuesday, August 6, 2013 (inclusive) will remain unchanged.
