CBSA Message: Direct Connect Livingston - Inbound & Outbound processing problems

The following message is from CBSA (EDI13-070).

We are currently unable to process inbound and outbound data for clients using the Livingston direct connect. There is no ETR. We will keep you updated as new information becomes available.

Should you require assistance please call the ECU hotline at 1-888-957-7224 option 1 and your enquiry will be answered by an ECU officer.
