CBSA Message: ECU Phone Number Change for Overseas Clients

The following message is from CBSA (EDI13-072).

Please be advised that starting October 9, 2013, due to an upgrade in the telephone system, overseas clients may reach the Electronic Commerce Unit (ECU) at one telephone number, 613-946-0762, at all times of the day or night (7/24). The phone number 613-946-0763, which has been the contact number for after-hours support, will be retired as of that date.

For all other callers, within Canada and the United States, the 1-888-957-7224, Option 1, remains unchanged.
