The Electronic Commerce Unit of the Canada Border Services Agency will be closed on the statutory holiday of Tuesday, July 1, 2014. For urgent client service outside business hours and statutory holiday, please contact the ECU hotline at 1-888-957-7224 option 1 and your enquiry will be answered by an ECU officer. Also, please refer to the following CBSA website link that offers guidelines for clients using the Electronic Commerce Unit’s after-hours/weekend/holiday pager service: http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/eservices/outside-exterieur-eng.html.

B3 entries processed and accepted July 1, 2014 will appear on the daily K84 notice generated at the end of the day on Wednesday, July 2, 2014. The exchange rates from Monday, June 30, 2014 to Wednesday, July 2, 2014 (inclusive) will remain unchanged. Tuesday, July 1, 2014 will not be counted in the calculation of overdue B3 entries.
