The following is a 21 December 2012 message from CBSA (EDI12-108).
The Electronic Commerce Unit at the CBSA will be closed on Tuesday, December 25th and Wednesday, December 26th, 2012.
Tuesday, December 25th and Wednesday, December 26th will not be counted in the calculation of overdue entries. B3 entries processed and accepted on Tuesday, December 25th and Wednesday, December 26th will appear on the daily K84 notice generated through overnight batch on Thursday, December 27th, and statement dated Friday, December 28th.
The December monthly K84 will be generated on the evening of Monday, December 31, 2012 (payment details were indicated in message EDI12-049 & EDI12-103 sent on June 6, 2012 & December 12, 2012). The exchange rates from Monday, December 24th through Thursday, December 27th will remain unchanged.
The Electronic Commerce Unit will be closed on Tuesday, January 1st, 2013.

B3 entries processed and accepted on Monday December 31, 2012 will appear on the daily K84 notice generated through overnight batch on Wednesday, January 2nd, and the statement dated Thursday, January 3rd. The exchange rates from Monday, December 31, 2012 through Wednesday, January 2nd 2013 will remain unchanged.
