CBSA Message: Inbound & Outbound processing problems continue

The following is a CBSA message (EDI13-058 Update)

We are still unable to process inbound and outbound data for clients using the Customs Internet Gateway. Clients using the Value Added Networks named STERLING and GEIS are also affected. There is no ETA.
