The Electronic Commerce Unit of the Canada Border Services Agency will be closed on the Labour Day Statutory Holiday of Monday, September 2, 2013. Please note that we will continue to offer 24/7 support to those clients requiring technical help and immediate assistance. If you require such assistance please call the ECU hotline at 1-888-957-7224 option 1 and your enquiry will be answered by an ECU officer.
B3 Entries processed and accepted between Saturday, August 31, 2013 and Tuesday, September 3, 2013 will appear on the daily K84 notice generated at the end of the day Tuesday, September 3, 2013. The exchange rates from Saturday, August 31, 2013 to Tuesday, September 3, 2013 (inclusive) will remain unchanged. Monday, September 2, 2013 will not be counted in the calculation of overdue B3 entries.
