CBSA Message: Maintenance of GCKey on July 21, 2013

The following is a CBSA Message (EDI13-051)
 
This bulletin is intended for clients using the eManifest Portal to submit their Housebill data to CBSA.
 
Please note that there is a planned maintenance of the GCKey service scheduled for Sunday, July 21, 2013, between 02:00 and 06:00 ET. GCKey will not be available during the maintenance window and the eManifest Portal may not be accessible for users who attempt to log into Portal using the GCKey log in option.
 
For client service outside business hours, please contact the ECU hotline at 1-888-957-7224 option 1 and your enquiry will be answered by an ECU officer.  Also, please refer to the following CBSA website link that offers guidelines for clients using the Electronic Commerce Unit’s after-hours/weekend/holiday pager service: http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/eservices/outside-exterieur-eng.html.
