The following is a message for CADEX, CUSDEC and ACROSS clients. Please note the following:

If you are seeking information regarding a paper B3, cash entry or any paper release service option (i.e., ACROSS service options 117, 174, 331) please contact the CBSA office where the request was submitted. Similarly, any follow up question on a paper RMD correction should be directed to the CBSA office where the RMD correction was submitted. These types of calls should not be directed to the Electronic Commerce Unit.
