CBSA Message: Remembrance Day Holiday

The following message is from CBSA (EDI13-080).

Client service support will be available on the Remembrance Day holiday, Monday, November 11, 2013 between 08:00 and 16:00 (Eastern Time). Please note that support will be provided for production issues only by calling our hot line at 1-888-957-7224 Option 1.

B3 Entries processed and accepted between Saturday, November 9, 00:01 and Tuesday, November 12, 21:00 will appear on the daily K84 notice generated at the end of the day Tuesday, November 12. The exchange rates from Saturday, November 9 and Tuesday, November 12 (inclusive) will remain unchanged. Monday, November 11 will not be counted in the calculation of overdue B3 entries.
