CBSA Message (TCC014-043) – CORRECTION - Update to the NRCAN HS code Regulated List

This information is further to the 20 October 2014 CBSA message which contained incorrect information.

Please be advised that in accordance with the recent Amendments to the Customs Tariff, effective October 1, 2014, the following changes were made to the list of HS codes associated with the Energy Efficiency Regulations (Natural Resources Canada) in the ACROSS and the CBSA Website as follows:

8404.10.90.00 expired as of midnight September 30, 2014 and was replaced by
8404.10.00.90 with the effective date October 1, 2014.

The changes are reflected in the Customs Commercial System (CCS). Version 2014-4 of the Departmental Consolidation of the Customs Tariff has been updated on the CBSA web site at
http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/trade-commerce/tariff-tarif/2014/menu-eng.html
